Concerned about the quality of translated materials?
The Australian Drug Foundation (ADF) endeavours to provide alcohol and other drug information that is up-to-date, relevant and of a high standard. However, due to resource limitations at this time, translated materials listed on this website have yet to go through a rigorous quality assurance process. We therefore advise that the ADF does not take any responsibility for the information contained in the translated materials that are listed.
We strongly recommend that you read the Checklist for Reviewing Existing Translated Materials developed by the Centre for Culture, Ethnicity and Health (CEH) before you use translated resources.
The DrugInfo Clearinghouse has documented the process and guidelines used to develop the Khat fact sheets in multiple languages to ensure the information was accurate, culturally sensitive and the translation was of a high quality.
