This service is provided free to eligible library members until review in May 2008.
Online journals are journals that are available electronically from a website. They are a valuable tool for the practitioner or researcher, and the journal articles are available directly on your computer at work or at home. The articles are available 24 hours a day and can be read online and printed. Our free service for library members also allows you to save your favourite searches and references, and to arrange for tables of contents and subject alerts to be sent to you regularly.
The DrugInfo online collection includes journals such as Addiction, Drugs Education Prevention and Policy and Substance Use and Misuse.
Once you have been assigned a user ID and password you can access the free DrugInfo collection of online journals via the library members web page. To apply for access, email the library. For more information call the DrugInfo Clearinghouse on tel. 1300 85 85 84.

Request a search
We offer a professional literature search by our library staff. The search provides a bibliographic list of materials relating to your chosen subject. To request a search, please email the library and include your contact details and membership number, along with the subject of your requested search and the date required. Request a photocopy
We provide a document delivery service that enables you to order material from the library collection or inter-library loan (subject to current copyright law). Costs per item are as follows:
Photocopies:
- $5.00 per article for library members
- $10.00 for non-library members plus extra trade costs for urgent delivery
Inter-library loans
- $10.00 for library members plus extra trade costs for urgent delivery.
